Return and replacements are accepted within 30 days when you got the merchandise. 

  • Unfit shoes: available for exchange or refund.
  • Unsatisfactory products: available for exchange or refund.
  • Wrong/damaged items: provide proof to customer service for help.
  • Quality issue: provide proof to customer service for help.
  • Return address are provided by customer service according to your country, we do not accept return items without approval.
  • Packages for return items should be well delivered, damaged items will be refused.
  • Tracking number is the most important identify of your returns, please keep it and keep us informed.
